This Nanny role will quickly grow into an Infant Nanny Share, as the family is actively searching for their perfect share family! At current their son has GI discomforts and CMPA allergies. This will require a skilled Nanny with feeding and weight gain knowledge, and ideally sleep routine support as the child advances. Their son enjoys engaging stimulation, and they would love a Nanny who can take the initiative to ensure the children have regular outdoor time (weather permitting) and social age-appropriate engagement outside of the home. The family can provide an SUV if needed.

 

Their perfect Nanny will have proven experience caring for age-related multiples, with a strong knowledge surrounding age-appropriate milestones. Their ideal Nanny is someone with a related college degree/certification and someone 5+ years of experience. This person must have the energy and professional knowledge to support multiple families in a Nanny Share. It would be a bonus for a Nanny to possess significant experience in Nanny Share placements. For now, the plan is for the share to be hosted exclusively in their home. Both parents work from home and have offices in the basement, leaving the entire upper floor to the Nanny and children! This household would like to find a nanny with a flexible schedule, and in return, the family can be flexible to accommodate their nanny. Both children are in school full-time, leaving the nanny 2 hours a day to fulfill household needs, and the remaining 2 hours dedicated to childcare.   • Schedule: 20 hours with occasional extra hours as needed
    M-F 4 hours a day:
    2 hours (house manager role) can be any time of the nanny's choice
    The other 2  hours (nanny role) must be from 4-6 for after-school care 

  • Salary: $500-600 for up to 20 hours a week. Any hours after that will be additional pay at an hourly rate between $23-35 an hour

This nanny must be flexible as the family has a schedule that varies with monthly notice.
