Next, submit your nanny application and agreement through the button below. Be sure to have 3 professional childcare-related references ready, including their phone numbers and email addresses.

Online Meeting

Once you receive an email from the agency, please be sure to schedule your agency interview with one of our friendly Placement Coordinators. This allows us to get to know you on a personal level! If we feel you meet our Stellar criteria, we begin matching you with our clients. If our client is interested in your application, below is our hiring process:

  1. Virtual Family Interview

  2. In-Person Meet & Greet

  3. Paid 1-3 Day Working Trial

This is the best step, the Offer Letter Extension!

 

We have found your match and are ready to negotiate the final details. It is our job to ensure that both the provider and client are happy with their future arrangements. Once everyone has come to an agreement, the offer letters are then signed and your Stellar journies together begin!

Below is a list of requirements we ask our candidates. Prior to applying, please ensure you feel confident you can meet each request:

  • At least 20 years of age

  • Live within the United States and are legally authorized to work within the U.S.

  • Childcare applicants must have at least 3 years of relevant paid childcare experience (non-family members) and verifiable references

  • Willingness and ability to pass a comprehensive motor vehicle check, background check, and drug screen (if requested by the client)

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and proof of a fully insured reliable vehicle

  • Can provide relevant childcare-related references from the last 5 years (non-family member)

  • CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification before the start of any childcare-related position

  • Willingness to make a commitment of a minimum of 1 year to the role they are offered (permanent placements only)
